We employ rigorous design of course learning outcomes and objectives, which are always aligned with activities, and assessments. This ensures that learners have clear goals and expectations and that we can drive tangible, evidence-based results from each learning experience.
Learner Involvement in Design
Before embarking on any design work, we conduct a thorough analysis of the target audience. We profile learners based on their context, resources, attitudes, and desires, where possible involving them directly in the design and development process. This collaborative approach ensures the final product resonates with learners' real needs and preferences.
Active Learning
This principle is key to our learning experiences. We introduce concepts, ideas, and learning points through interactive activities allowing learners to engage with the content based on their existing understanding. This process supports the alignment of learners' mental models with the desired approach.
